What to wear to an interview at a hip vegetarian restaurant?

Tomorrow I have an interview at a vegetarian restaurant. I’m not nervous because I’ve been a vegetarian for about a year and a half but I don’t know what to wear. Should I try and relate to most of the people who dine there (like myself) and dress normally or should I dress up like suit and heels? Thanks.

Dress to impress.
Wear a clean white shirt under your suit jacket.
Some white gives you an appearance of cleanliness.
Make sure your nails look nice.
And tie your hair back if you can.
