I had a container of vegetarian braunschweiger on a Luftansa flight from Munich to New York and I loved it. It came in the vegetarian meal. I have no idea of the name of the company that made it. Does anyone know if I can buy it in America?

I couldn't find a vegetarian "braunschweiger" manufacturer specifically, but these 2 German companies make various vegetarian sausages.

no, that's the first I've heard of that. Sounds very interesting. I would contact Luf. customer service to find out where it came from.
