What Indian vegetarian food can I have in order to make myself stronger?

I slightly fall on the weaker side, with low stamina and all.
But I want this to get over, and for that I need to know what kind of Indian vegetarian food I can have to get stronger?
My Mum makes lip smacking food, but it’s still not working!
Any other suggestions would be welcome!
No medicines please!
And whatever you’re suggestion is, please do elaborate!

Take nutritional diet
Take meals 4-6 times a day
Take seasonal fruits and vegetables
Avoid fast food
Dance at home
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
Do regular exercise,yoga and brisk walk
Take chilled water glass not in small sips but at a stretch
Be positive and keep smiling
