    Okay, well I’m …
Okay, well I’m doing a negree in nutrition and am vegetarian, and do not need to eat ‘enormous’ amounts. Something like tofu has much more protein in it, per gram, than meat. It is also easy to get all the amino acids, vitamins and minerals so long as we eat a diet full of variety, but NOT enormous amounts. This is myth and propaganda.

i have done alot of …
i have done alot of research on this matter and everyone seems to belive that vegitarianism is the pure perfect diet by cutting out a natural food source. to obtain the nutrition you would recieve in meat nessesary you must consume alot more plants than you would meat. meat is less common and more goes into making it. to get perfect porportions od everything eating only vegitation you would need to eat enormous amounts. i remind you that plants are alive too even if they are not intelligent

    I’m vegetarian, …
I’m vegetarian, healthy definitely NOT underweight lol.

I’m studying nutrition & dietetics… and you are 100% wrong. Please get some education before you make such grand statements. Why would you say it’s “ungodly bad for you”?? Do you really buy into all the myths about protein, iron, calcium, B vitamins etc? Pleeeease, go RESEARCH, EDUCATE yourself. lol

    I would never use …
I would never use olive oil when making a curry. Its flavour would be to much. I would use a vegetable or ground nut oil. Nice recipe though. Think I’ll go make some curry now :-)

    I won’t argue the …
I won’t argue the virtues or lack thereof of a vegetarian diet, being a meat eater (who has dabbles in vegetarian cuisine) myself, but you’d get your point across much easier if you used proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. I will, however, check out your channel, as you’ve piqued my curiosity.

    You know nothing …
You know nothing about what I think, so I believe it is best that you stop trying.

I have choices to make & my choice is this: I will no-longer talk to you.

So, if you want to talk, you can talk to yourself, or the wall, or your hand, if it talks back to you: L.O.L.

    of course since …
of course since bothering with it could disprove your belifs you want to keep your distance. lol you think steriods in cows have the same effect on people? how much more toxins are thier is vegtables and snack food? the cow is thoroughly processed afterwards????????? it doesn’t affect us

    I’m not afraid to …
I’m not afraid to look @ UR site, I just didn’t think it was worth bothering with.

Toxins may not be used to preserve meat, but they are in it.

We aren’t allowed legally to have steriod’s, however the cows are shot up with it, in order to produce more meat. So, in a round about way, we get steriods through eating meat.

  9. toxin014 says:

    guess you where to …
guess you where to afriad to look at my channel or contridict me. you now what all those toxins are in? snack food you know what snack food is made of? not meat i can tell you that. you cannot presevre meat with toxins.

    With a name like …
With a name like Toxin, I’m not sure you’d know what is good & healthy for someone.

I believe in removing collected toxins from one’s body. Detox isn’t just from people who drink alcohol & do drugs. For food is laced with toxin’s so that they can keep it on the shelves for a 100 years: L.O.L. & not have to worry how soon someone buy’s their products.

  12. toxin014 says:

    a vegitarian diet …
a vegitarian diet is ungoldy bad fo you. thier is so musch wrong with it ithier isn’t enough room to explain. but on my channel if your not afriad of hearing the truth you can see it all. if you where starving to death what would you use to hold you over? a plate of broccli or a steak? thier is a reason vegitarians are weak and underwieght. hey kid plants are living creatures to.

Curry is my favorite. I always seem to add a little bit more then my husband likes of it. Yep, I know that curry varies: as we were told that @ an India Resturant.

I love carrots, while my husband likes the turnups/parships(?).

It’s almost time to make dinner!!

I am glad that you pointed out a very true, but poorly-known fact point about “curry”—that it is used to describe a wide variety of spiced dishes.
