    For the sauce I personally love just a little soy sauce and some hot mustard. A lot of people like duck sauce as well :)

    This is a great question. First, you never want to pour oil down the drain – it will clog it. Second, You can almost always reuse the oil at least once, sometimes twice. Let the oil cool and strain it into a container to save for next time. When it becomes really dirty (brown in clr) pour it into a container to be discarded. You can either throw this container into the trash; or if you have a lot of oil, try to see if any local restaurants will take it to be recycled with their oil :)
