We were in Asheville over the weekend for the Belle Chere Festival, (which was wonderful) and on Sunday we went to the Laughing Seed and the Waiter recommended the Raw plate of the day, he said that everything the Chef touched was gold, so we ordered it, and it was a Vegan take on Stuffed Manicotti, and it was ic! One of the best dishes I have
ever eaten. You must go to this Restuarant when you visit Asheville.
