		<description>i was a very big meat eater and it helped me to associate different kinds of meats with the animal it is.
beef=cow
pork=pig
poultry= bird 
i quit cold turkey (lol) but you can start by cutting out one kind of meat and items with animal by-products (like gelatin) week until you&#039;re there. good luck!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;vegan</description>
