I love my meat, but then I also love animals and the idea of being a vegetarian. I don’t want to just cut out meat in one day, I’d like to ease into it if I can. Any former meat lovers giving some tips would be great.
I don’t like the thought that animals are dying in horrible ways so I can eat when I don’t even need to eat them to survive.
Cook yourself a vegetarian meal or two a week, there’s no rule that you have to go cold turkey. Get the Vegetarian Starter Kit from –

i was a very big meat eater and it helped me to associate different kinds of meats with the animal it is.
beef=cow
pork=pig
poultry= bird
i quit cold turkey (lol) but you can start by cutting out one kind of meat and items with animal by-products (like gelatin) week until you’re there. good luck!
