    No matter what you …
No matter what you eat, you gotta be careful with your diet. Please search (google) for this research –
    “The Comparative Anatomy of Eating
    by Milton R. Mills, M.D.”
The research says that human body is more optimized to eat plant based food. So if you are eating meat, you need to care for the health as well and choose the right types.

retard, that is offensive to vegetarians/ vegans … go on and eat a dead animals body think about it…. DEAD ANIMAL… ooo i eat meat and i like touching a DEAD ANIMAL and then SWALLOWING it…mmm really hits the spot….NOT!

  11. Cinniminto says:

    im a vegiterian …
im a vegiterian because the thought of eating a dead animal’s body disturbs me… and also, let me clear things up:

bread IS vegetarian because, yes it contains dairy and eggs but cows NEED to be milked because there is no way to get the milk out of them so its is okay and the eggs that they take from the chickens are not fertilized yet so there was never a living thing in there, although bread is not VEGAN because its has dairy and eggs. jelly, jam whatever u call it IS vegetarian too.

  12. darbygoodson says:

    guys stop saying …
guys stop saying vegitarians have weak bones. vegans might but not vegitarians. the only reason people EAT meat is because of the protein. protien can be easily found in other foods besides meat. . being a vegitarian is just fine. i would know. so stop hating. i dont care if you still eat meat, but dont hate vegitarians for not eating meat. chances are they hate you for eating meat. just deal with it.

  13. chadpopstar says:

Peanut butter and jelly IS vegetarian, and in many cases, it IS VEGAN. (if you use a vegan bread)

Oh, sorry, I was thinking of a different type of jelly.
I looked it up and people in the US call what we call jam ‘jelly.’
Here what we call jelly is ‘jell-o’ in America.
I was thinking of ‘jell-o’ which has gelatin in it, making it non vegetarian.
I thought that sounded like an odd food combination xD
    Sorry, my mistake.

    true true, but no …
true true, but no one becomes a vegetarian or vegan because it’s easy :)

  22. easternslavic says:

    Complete protein …
Complete protein basically means a food that has all 8 essential amino acids which our bodies cannot produce. Vegans believe that mixing certain foods will still give them those amino acids which is true I suppose. But as a whole, meat is the easiest source of all needed protein.

  23. Discordia5 says:

    The “Complete …
The “Complete Protein” theory is not considered a valid theory anymore, the information you heard or read is outdated. Not that the theory doesn’t make sense, on paper it totally does, but it has been proven that we do not suffer ill effects from “incomplete” protein intake. At least your comment was decent discussion (by that I mean you’re intelligent enough to read real research, and bring up a relevant opinion from that), unlike “keisabi”- lol!

  24. easternslavic says:

    There is protein in …
There is protein in food..like in everything. But to get the most complete proteins, meat.
