I just happened to come across this video. Thought I’d give it a try since I had the ingredients on hand. I was floored because this came out so delicious that it knocked me over! It reminds me of a Mexican dish my mom used to make called “calabasitas”. I didn’t have fresh parsely so I subsituted with fresh spinach and used dried parsely flakes. I cannot wait for my husband to try it! Great video too! I am looking foward to trying your other recipes!

Great Way to do Moussakaa. I’m used to the more traditional lebanese way which my mom makes; it’s more of a stew and she puts potatoes in it too, thought i would share this way of doing it too…..anyways it’s a great recipe and let me congratulate you DeeDee on this whole project (videos, website….)…we have such a great and healthy tastefull cuisine that a lot of people should know more about…….
