Kadhai Paneer Recipe by Manjula
Ingredients:
1/2 lb paneer
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
3 tablespoon oil
3 medium tomatoes
About 1/4 inch piece of ginger
1 green chili
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1 teaspoon in seed (jeera)
11/2 tablespoons coriander powder (dhania)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fenugreek leaves or dry fenugreek leaves also known-kastoori mathi
3/4 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste

    Manjulaji, thank you so much. This kadai paneer looks great. I tried your cabbage and peas sabzi. I replaced cabbage with brussle sprouts. It came out great. I like your dahi vadas also which I will try tomorrow. I did not know you can mix moog dal with urad for dahi vada. It is a good idea.
