I want to go vegetarian but I don’t want to make myself sick. I want to know the proper way to go vegetarian so does anyone have any tips or websites that have steps on how to beome vegetarian or any vegetarian recipes?

It’s easy! Go out and eat only those animals which only eat vegetables. That way you ease yourself into it slowly and easy. It only took me 20 years and already I am down to a diet of monkey brains and toast and have not had a hamburger for at least 3 days.

To be a vegetarian MOTIVATION is key!! You WILL be tempted to eat meat, but just think of the animals & what they go through. Peta is great with helping people start a new vegetarian lifestyle.

At the grocery store look in your frozen or organic section for frozen vegetarian foods such as fake chicken nuggets! They are easy to prepare and a great way to start off. You may just want to drop meat without replacing it with vegetarian food. that is OK. you just have to get protien from another source… protien powder, power bar, nuts, peanut butter ect. Cutting out meat suddenly will NOT make you sick! Part of being a successful vegetarian is paying close attention to nutrition. You can’t just live off chips and pretzels since they aren’t meat! grab a salad! cook some whole grain pasta! The change may be hard at first but as time goes on it will be easier and easier to the point were you really dont even think about it!
