    It’s a little more crumbly, but you can definitely use it like this. It resembles farmer’s cheese. I’ve had it with fruit, on crackers, etc.

    I recommend salting it a bit if you’re going to use it this way.

    But you absolutely must try saag paneer if you’ve never had it. Man, that’s some good stuff.

    I like to use it in “saag” dishes or palak paneer. Saag paneer is like a creamed spiced spinach with paneer cheese in it. Very tasty!

    I don’t know if you can use it as a spread but I have never heard of it being used that way.
