Not in any adverse way if thats what you mean. B12 and iron can be an issue, just take a vitamin/supplement for iron, and you can always get foertified (with both b12 and/or iron) bread and cereals at the grocery store.

Much of it, in my opinion, is just as much what we eat to replace the meat as anything else. A healthy vegetarian is going to replace that high-cholesterol, high-saturated-fat meat with fruits/veggies/lentils/nuts. Do that, you’re fine.

It shouldn’t affect you much at all, really, as long as you eat a varied diet with lots of different healthy foods (and, of course, you eat enough food in general). You’ll be at less of a risk for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or becoming overweight (and all the health problems that come with it).
You may want to consider taking a daily multivitamin, just in case. (Plus, it will give worried friends and family peace of mind.) Make sure it has iron in it. Iron is especially important for girls, because you (will?) lose it every month when you menstruate. If you don’t take an iron supplement, make sure you eat iron-rich foods such as spinach and whole grains, and that you get enough vitamin C to help you absorb all that iron.
