		<description>If you&#039;re getting plenty of protein from your diet--from beans, soy, whole grains, and seeds-- it shouldn&#039;t be a huge concern for normal activity. However, since building muscle requires a little bit more than that, I&#039;d suggest a protein powder. If you have a Trader Joe&#039;s nearby, they have a wonderful soy protein shake that&#039;s completely vegan, and costs about $5 for a huge tub. It&#039;s unflavored, so it&#039;s best to drink it in a smoothie or a shake to mask the soy-ish taste.
