    no doubt this …
no doubt this recipe is the conventional of all the gobhi paratha recipe, but i would like to add a suggestion to it, which i usually make paratha like, rather than squeezing the nutritious and flavoured water out of gobhi, knead the dough with unsqueezed gobhi without adding water, and add all the masalas and other additions which u like and then make it .. it tastes really great and different, no fuss of breaking the paratha or messing around with rolling.. try it, u will enjoy..
