    Hello Manjula.

    My …
    o Manjula.

My friend and I have cooked Chana Masala at our house but we seem to be lacking some flavour.

We use MDH “Chana Masala” spice mix as a shortcut but apart from tomato, onion, salt and oil we do not add any other spice. There is no real evident spice to our food. Is there something we are missing?

    Thankyou.
