    i usually add rose water and cardomen to the water to give some extra flavor.

    how come you didn’t put cinnamon or cardamom in the sugar syrup? also, why do they sometimes end up hard in the centre?

    i tried as much as i can in removing water..
    actually i kept paneer one day in firdge
    then i made rasgullas was that effected…
