thanks for the recipe, i made once it came out great, i have tried to make it 3 times after that, i am having a problem, my burfi does not get hard, after i put it on a plate, it is still sticky and does not get dry, could you please tell me why is that?

Well, well, the advice is ok, but how can I say to my guests that I am serving them badam burfi when it is in fact made from peanuts. May be I shall use less almonds, that might do the trick, or not give it to the guests after all, just give them pakoras and very hot chillies sauce. That seems to solve all the problem. Thanks anyway for your advice.

Thanks for sharing the recipe. I got this video a few minutes back and I’ve already tried this now!
It tastes great and the procedure is pretty straight forward. However, I could not conclude properly on the end point and so the consistency is not correct. It is a bit halwaish. Could you suggest, how many minutes exactly do we have to keep stirring it and at what heat level, from 1 – 10 ( 1 being the lowest).
