Have a great day and good luck with all your training goals.

    What I do?

    Let’s see….

I teach 3 high intensity boot camps a week…teach a very intense basic training class, perform my own high intensity training…ALL without any protein from red meat.

How can you possibly know that what you do is because due to having protein from red meat?

I was a HUGE meat eater years ago..I have never felt better physically or mentally.

    we sure do produce …
we sure do produce our own creatine… vegetarians can still survive right! :)
its just that we produce only about half our what is “ideal” for our bodies… the rest comes from meat sources… thats why vegetarians show low levels of creatine

of course there are other sources of calcium.. it comes in tablets too right!?
    haha, kidding

ps. don’t worry about me, i don’t eat that much meat

  8. barryluv says:

    Thanks for your …
    Thanks for your comments :)
Animal cruelty is a terrible thing.

As far as creatine goes, we produce our own creatine. There is no reason to consume more than our bodies produce. When we consume more than what we need in the form of crazy powders out there or meat it only taxes our bodies.
Many people also believe milk is our only natural sources of calcium, and htey are so wrong.

Please keep that in mind…I would hate to see you taking in toomuch creatine..not a good thing.

  9. benwahballs182m says:

    sorry, but a diet …
sorry, but a diet with some meat in it is healthier… did you know meat is the only natural source of creatine?

i have to agree that animal cruelty makes me sick

    Bullshit. “Native” …
Bullshit. “Native” peoples “knew animals were sacred” – and then they killed them! What bullshit. If they loved animals they wouldn’t have moved to an area with no non-animal food in it…

well a bear dosent thin twice about your feelings before tearing you up

  15. astralninja says:

    I don’t believe …
I don’t believe that all meat eating is wrong. Native peoples and others had no synthetics to buy for clothes. BUT they knew animals were sacred and gave thanks for what they killed for food and clothes. WE, however are spoiled away from that thankfulness. THAT is the real problem. NO cruelty toward animals would exist if we WERE more caring. Remember!: “soylent green”! It could be YOU someday.

  16. astralninja says:

if it was no grown …
if it was no grown humanely and killed humanely…there is no humane way to eat it!!!!! If you cannot go vegan(???)then you have the responsibility to at least avoid the inhumaneness in the food industry. You CAN do that.

    Domestic sheep are …
Domestic sheep are shorn after lambing, before they would naturally shed their winter coats. To get all the shearing done in time, it starts before it is healthy for the sheep. As a result, an estimated one million sheep die from exposure after premature shearing. Not only is the time of shearing unsuitable for the sheep, but the way in which it is done can be quite damaging for the sheep. There are several other cruelties dealt to them during transportation, as well.

  19. toocandid says:

    Vegans refrain from …
Vegans refrain from using any animal product since we dont like to use animals as commodities. Sheep grow wool as protection for themselves. As a result, they have evolved to grow just enough wool for protection from the cold and to keep cool in the summer. Wild sheep do not need to be sheared. Their time of shedding occurs when it is of benefit to them.

    this is form my …
this is form my ebook, ‘The Omni’s Guide to Vegetarianism’..
Vegans do not use leather, wool, down or any other product that comes from an animal. This is true for vegans because being vegan goes much further than what is eaten. It is a committed lifestyle that promises not to contribute in any way to the use or death of another living being. In other words, nothing has to die for a vegan to live.

    Thanks for viewing :)
