Ik vegan is no meat or gelatin[e] but what are other "meat" words to watch out for?and i also know it’s nothing made from animals aka cheese milk.is bread good?wheat bread?what about rago or something like that used for spaghetti.and what are some shampoos and conditioners non animal tested?is there any for hair that was died red to keep red?

Besides meat (including fish), eggs, dairy, gelatin, honey, wool, silk, fur, and leather, other ingredients that you should avoid are L-cysteine, lard, sodium tallowate or tallow, cochineal, carmine, royal jelly, and beeswax. There are some ingredients which are difficult to tell if it’s animal or plant based so you have to do your homework. Some ingredients that can be derived from either plant or animal are: glycerin, caprylic acid, disodium inosinate.

Bread is often good, but there are some things like honey, L-cysteine, and enzymes that you should look out for.
Plain Ragu is fine as long as it’s just the tomato sauce and not a meat sauce or bolognese.
There are some vegan shampoos and conditioners out there. Paul Mitchell, Kiss My Face, J/A/S/O/N, and Aveda are some products that are easy to find. Trader Joe’s shampoo and conditioner is vegan as well. Sorry, I’m not sure which is the best for color treated hair.

Veganism is the lifestyle that embodies the idea that animals are not property. Basically what that means is you won’t contribute to the exploitation of animals from your diet/what you use in and on your body to what you wear to entertainment to everything else involving animals. Veganism seeks to reduce and ultimately eliminate all forms of animal exploitation.
Basically to answer the second part of your question: learn ingredients and read labels and look for products made by companies that don’t make most of their money off of the exploitation of animals again checking ingredients. Ragu is meat sauce in italian so that would be way out plus is is really easy to make your own tomato sauce and way more rewarding.
As far as shampoos for dyed hair I believe Desert Essence Organics has stuff specific for your hair. However I prefer Dr. Bronner’s soap and Shikkai hair rinse because I basically know everything in it and know it is vegan for sure.
Here is a list of animal ingredients but basically a good rule of thumb to follow is if you don’t know what the ingredient is and it sounds like it was made in a lab or some nasty factory then just avoid it entirely: http://www.veganwolf.com/animal_ingredients.htm
Stuff made in labs and huge factories tend to harm animals in some way and there are plenty of products out there that are natural and organic not full of chemicals.
