What are some vegan/vegetarian recipes that I can add meat to so they will taste better?

My friend is vegan and coming over for dinner tonight. I want to make her a nice vegan meal, but I want it to be flavorful. I thought if I add a little round steak or sirloin this would really amp up the flavor.

So, what recipes would go good with beef?
thanks!

Aloo muttor gobi is very popular among the vegetarian Indians I run into all the time and I always share my aloo with them but they never seem to notice that it has pork in it. I get the pork from a Chinese restaurant and stir it in. Yummy!

LOL you always come up with the funnest shit!

My ex is a vegan, we have one child together so sometimes I invite him over for dinner, as a nice gesture. I am not a vegan, in fact, I often get hungry just watching those silly PETA propaganda pieces featuring helpless baby piglets (suckling pig is very YUMMY!)
anyway, I go ahead and make his whinny little pussy vegan food only I add bacon grease. The bacon grease adds flavor to the meal and no one would ever know it’s there!

Here is one of my favorite recipes to make for my ex.

    "Vegan" fajitas

    # 2 red bell peppers, cut into strips
    # 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    # 1 onion, sliced
    # 1 tbsp olive oil ***( or secret bacon grease!)
    # 1/2 tsp curry powder
    # 1/2 tsp chili powder
    # flour tortillas
    ***(secret bacon grease!)

Sautee the peppers, mushrooms and onion in olive oil ( or secret bacon grease!) for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the spices and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, or until veggies are tender. Place a few spoonfuls of the mixture on a whole wheat or spinach tortilla and you can add Soy Cheese or vegan Sour Cream

    How about vegetable tamales?
I give them to my vegetarian friends all the time.
I just don’t tell them that they are cooked in lard.
