Very nice, well done . But as most of Ukrainians I prefer it with potatoes and yeah meet9not chicken). But I think that’s an attractive alternative for vegetarians. At 1st it seemed like there was a bit too much veggies but it’s vegetarian .
Very nice, But I think cabbage is an essential part of borsch, maybe you cold integrate it into your recipe and it will become a second version of vegetarian dish
