Hi Valerie; yes it is shocking while they for years tdon’t ell you that all vegan raw is the best but for some people it is not and especially not kids. You have to be very careful and keep in mind that raw dairy might give you sustinance if all vegan doesn’t do the trick. Wolfe, RawGuru, RawAdam etc use raw dairy and some even eggs but it took some time before they told the rest of us. Do not be ashamed. You do what is best for you, at all times. Hi, though a bit far away from raw right now, I can testify that this short cake is soooo goooood! And raw honey is so good for you (The essene Gospel of Peace9. I burned my hand a few months ago and put raw honey to it. No pain, no scar or redness. It gave sudden reliefe…and it tastes gourgious. If you do want to raw; keep track of your D and B12 and iron, etc. use raw mylk products and raw honey, and you might do very well. We don’t have raw mylk here in Sweden. it’s forbidden.
