When you eat more cleanly, your body begins to release old toxins that were previously clogged up in your lymphatic system.  You may find yourself having to blow your nose or coughing all the time, or on the more extreme end you may have puss come out of the skin, primarily in the locations of your lymph nodes. If you don&#8217;t know what is happening, then it can be scary&#8230;but now that you know that it is simply part of the process, you can relax! Have faith in her infinite wisdom.  Each fruit and vegetable is a perfectly balanced piece of nature.  It is NOT about eating 100% raw.  It is about eating 100% HEALTHY.  Eat the food that grows off the trees, or out of the ground.  It is unfortunately today possible to be 100% raw, but totally unhealthy&#8230;for example, if you are basing your diet on heavy raw foods such as nuts, pâtés, dehydrated crackers and other dehydrated foods, raw <a href="http://www.vegan123.com/vegan/why-go-vegan-or-vegetarian">vegan</a> ice creams and other dessert treats.</p>

<p>Sorry, didn&#8217;t know what to prank you with! You know I fooled you!  I am still <a href="http://www.vegan123.com/vegan/why-go-vegan-or-vegetarian">vegetarian</a>. That was not a whopper. It was a BK Veggie Burger (morning star veggie pattie) wrapped in  Whopper paper. I asked a BK employee for whopper wrapping paper.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve wanted to make this video for a while now, as I&#8217;m really enthusiastic about vegetarianism. I&#8217;m just stating my own opinions here though, and I know some of you will disagree with the points I make, which is fine.</p>
<p>Also, I&#8217;m sorry if I sound patronising at all in this video. I didn&#8217;t mean to, and I DON&#8217;T think I&#8217;m better than anyone who eats meat, I just choose not to eat it for my own personal moral reasons. </p>
<p>I hope this video at least gets people thinking about the topic though, and generates some discussion. Please feel free to leave comments with your thoughts on vegetarianism.</p>

<p>Hundreds of animals are killed off in Africa daily, due to illegal poaching. The White Rhino [endangered], has gone extinct in Rwanda. Shot and stripped of it&#8217;s horn. Elephants are killed, just for their ivory! The rest of the animals&#8217; body is just left to rot away. All of the beef jerky we get in the United States comes from Africa. From animals that have been ruthlessly slaughtered.<br />
In The good Ole U.S, animals are abused and beaten, literally, to death. Most left outside of their houses, with no shelter, no food, no water. We skin young and defenseless animals, for what? FASHION! That&#8217;s bullshit! Animals need their fur more than we do!</p>
<p>There are FOURTY animals for EVERY fur coat. The animals are either stomped on, anally electrocuted, or gassed.<br />
Rise up against the corporations! Stop the madness! Save the life of an animal! It takes one to make a reaction, but it takes dozens to make a movement.</p>
