Also heated the sauce up like she suggested. I don’t think I’ll be making regular pasta again. This completely hit the spot and wish so few calories… ) Enjoy!

Hello, my … o, my experience of zucchinis is that it sometimes taste a little bitter. I sprinkle it with sea salt and let it set for at least 15 minutes. The salt will help withdraw that bitterness, then I rinse the zucchini quickly in cold water and then I eat it. The vegetable is related to cucumber and I do the same thing with the cucumber when making tzaziki. Maybe it will work for you too.

I just finished making it with my own organic sauce.
When using avegetable peeler the pasta is quite hard, even after heating it up in th microwave.
Although I have to say, th eprotein int he zucchini really fills you up with a small amount.
