    omg.. so I favorited this video awhile ago and finally made it. THIS IS GREAT. I made the fettuccini version because I don’t have the spiral slicer. Also heated the sauce up like she suggested. I don’t think I’ll be making regular pasta again. This completely hit the spot and wish so few calories… :o ) Enjoy!

    Spoke to a raw food chef that charges $250 for three hours of instruction, plus food. I’m buying this DVD instead. :-)

    o, my experience of zucchinis is that it sometimes taste a little bitter. I sprinkle it with sea salt and let it set for at least 15 minutes. The salt will help withdraw that bitterness, then I rinse the zucchini quickly in cold water and then I eat it. The vegetable is related to cucumber and I do the same thing with the cucumber when making tzaziki. Maybe it will work for you too.

    When using avegetable peeler the pasta is quite hard, even after heating it up in th microwave.

    Although I have to say, th eprotein int he zucchini really fills you up with a small amount.
