I find that apricot …
I find that apricot kernals and sulphites in some wines can still aggravate my asthma. I am still not completely asthma free, but dramatically improved with raw food diet. I found that dairy products and beer can be the worst offenders.

I cured my asthma with juice feasting and raw food too! I used to take about 5 meds and now I take NONE and have run many events including a marathon! and a roller marathon, swimming and everything i couldn’t do before since I was little the docs told me I was allergic to nature & needed drugs forever – NO NO NO!!! Its not true, nature CURED me. Lxx
