yes, vegan means no … yes, vegan means no more bad cholesterol issues. and…Dangerwinn…thanks for the compliment! I do think the Korean blood in me helps me stay young too, along with meditation, yoga, exercise, healthy diet, and happy positive thinking.
My husband had a … My husband had a similar cholesterol experience. He gained a lot of weight in college and had ridiculously high cholesterol. Doctors wanted to put him on Lipitor but he decided to go vegetarian instead. He lost weight (he’s still heavy, but no more cholesterol problems).
