		<description>What is most important is to eat a balanced diet. It is very easy as a vegetarian to eat a lot of junk because it&#039;s usually vegetarian. Unless you are a body builder, lots of protein isn&#039;t nearly as important as many people say. You should easily consume adequate amounts from even a vegan diet, but if you want to be certain, eggs are a very good source. Also, I recommend a multi-vitamin just to cover your nutritional bases.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I was a vegetarian for two years and did a lot of research.</description>
