    Great post.

    I always call these diet pills or fat burners the “icing on the cake”. From experience and many reviews that I have read, it is clear that not everyone gets the same results. It is a much better plan to exercise and eat healthy. Once you have done that successfully then adding weight loss pills “might” take you to the next level… but you shouldn’t rely on them to do all the work.
