They’re actually called chillers, and I think they’re just fruit and juice but I’m not sure. What would be in them that I would have watch out for? Carmine? There wouldn’t be any gelatin would there?
I can have milk and yogurt because I’m a lacto ovo.

I do and I am a lacto-ovo veg, I use some dairy but mostly soya milk and fruit, yougart both soya and dairy, I freeze my fruit and have good blender with a metal dispenser.

I even use soya protein powder, non traditional sweeteners, bee pollen, vitamin drops and royal jelly, for energy boosts and for added minerals.

MOST smoothies are just pureed fruit.

Check the label, because some have milk or yoghurt.

There would never be Gelatin in a smoothie.

Read the label, there could be Carmine or gelatin in them. Many yogurts have gelatin in them too.

the only thing i would check for is cohinial extract *sp?* if there is artificial red or orange coloring in it. cohinial extract is a kind of bugs reproductive parts… no, geletain shouldnt be in there. just check a label or at a restraunt etc they should have ingrediant lists available if u ask.

edit: if you make it with yogurt there might be geletain in the yogurt.

    GOOD LUCK!!
