today’s question is does being fat cause piles? I’ve had a couple of listeners inquire about that. So it seemed right to take a shot at clearing it all up. So if you’re ready to go, let’s get cracking!
Ok, straight up we’ll look at as per usual , what are the common causes of hemorrhoids ? So firstly we’ll look at what causes piles to arrive in the first place and from there we can start to decide how we can rectify the situation start to think about how to make them go away them]
Ok, first up, lack of water intake is a major cause of piles. Dehydration will lead to constipation, constipation causes dry hard stool that is difficult to pass which causes many to strain and this makes extra pressure on the rectum, which will inflame the vessels and the veins around the rectum. Those with poor bathroom habits, who rush and strain to force the stool through as rapidly as possible, You are just about guaranteed to get hemorrhoids], as they are willfully placing extra stress on the rectal veins
[PeopleThose] who are overweight straight away are adding pressure on their pelvic floor. And it’s fairly safe to guess that those who are very overweight also lead quite sedentary lifestyles with a poor low fiber diet. It also adds up that you enjoy a diet high in sugar, salt and fat, and all of these things are major [contributors to|cause] hemorrhoids.
Ok, the issue that we all want to answer is how could obesity actually exacerbate piles? All right, well, the first thing is a sedentary lifestyle inhibits the flow of blood around the body. Now, your body is evolved in such a way that it gets rod of toxins and it gets rid of all the bad things that are in your body via the blood. Now, if you’re not running around and you’re not doing any exercise, well that blood flow is inhibited in the extremities and in other areas, including in the rectum and so those deposits are not being regularly removed. If you’re eating low fiber foods which is including most processed foods, then your stools will become dry and compact in you’ll suffer from constipation. High fat foods give you exactly the same problem, they’ll give you constipation. To watch a video on this just rock on over to www.how-to-cure-hemorrhoids.com
So losing weight will help, we can all see that now. It will increase the flow of blood around the body, because the assumption is that you’ll be living a more active lifestyle now, which removes some of the deposits in the extremities. High fiber food such as fruits and vegetables, leafy green vegetables are the best, the benefit is that high fiber foods will make your stools softer and make them hold together a little bit better and you’ll pass them more easily. Increasing your water intake will make your stools softer. In fact, if the only thing you do is drink more water that’s gonna give you the biggest benefit that you can have. So add to your water intake and you’ll soften up your stools and get rid of the constipation. And decreasing your body weight will obviously lead to lower pressure on the rectal veins, less pressure on the pelvic floor. Basically it’s all good, losing weight will definitely help you out.
Some medical practitioners say that obesity is one of the biggest causes of piles in the world today. So I’ll leave you with that. So we want to get rid of our hemorrhoids and it’s a not a long shot that you’d also like to lose some weight if you’re a little bit overweight, how do we go about that? Eat natural foods, high in fiber, that’s fruits and vegetables, natural foods, no processed foods if you can. And leafy green vegetables are best, they’re high in nutrients and they’re generally really low in calories. Try to eat small meals regularly.
Our bodies are designed in such a way that if you have big meals, your body will take all of that extra energy and it’s going to store this as fat. And so, in a nutshell, your body would store food for those times where you didn’t have much food. It does that via insulin which is something we’ll get to at later date. If you have small meals regularly, your body will learn to process the energy that it gets in each meal and it won’t store anything and hopefully it will in fact burn some of that fat. Make sure that you drink lots of water, as I said just previously, if you do nothing else but to drink lots of water, that’s gonna help you to shed some pounds. In terms of hemorrhoids, the biggest benefit there will be, it’s going to soften up the stool and make it easier to pass.
