How? You stop eating dead animal meat.
it is easy. Most of the things you eat now aren't meat in anycase.
Cereal, bread, sandwiches, chips, it's all vegetarian.

Just stop eating the meat, and don't stop eating the beans, legumes, fresh veg, fresh fruit, wholehweat bread, brown rice, and soyproducts, peanut butter, almonds, cottage cheese, buckwheat and wholwheat noodles and tofu that you need to be healthy anyway.
Unless you are eating a BAd fast food every day type diet, this type of question is usually redundant.
If you are eating junk food, like chips, ceral bars ( that are only sugar), candy, fast food, pizza, white bread, then you will need to eat healhier.
eat the other foods above, there is no need to take xtra vitamins, seeing as cooked meat is a rooten thing to eat anyway, and no wild animal eats it.
Just make sure you eat:
dark leafy greens,
dark berries, or peaches, apricots, papaya, pineapples.
nuts- walnuts, peanuts, brazil nuts, cahsews,
seeds- sesame, pumpkin, flax seeds,
rich coloured veg- sweet potato, pumpkin yellow pepper, red pepper,
carciferous veg- broccoli, cauliflour, brussel sprouts
egg/miso paste ( miso soup_) nori, ( the dried seaweed on sushi), marmite, vegemite
wheatgerm- bran in breads, pasta etc

every day, or as close as, and you will be fine.
Just drop the rotten dean animal in one go, No need to wean.
It's not the maginc food that Americans who've been told by the TV ads, seem to think it is. It is just a poor source of cooked, old protein which 99% of the time has growth hormone and steroids injected into it , to make more of it.
This makes it extremely toxic, and this is why meat eaters tend to smell and get acidic intestines- the meat rots inside.

People of 10-13 SHOULD be eating this healthier diet.
in my opinion it is a form of cruelty to feed a child any meat that has silicone, steroids, growth hormone, ecoli ( ground meat, ecoli is usually in it), and sulphates in it. This is most meat, chicken, pork ham, beef, so IMO this is poison right there.
References :
I read somewhere (I forget where, some magazine article) that as longs as you eat from every type of group: fruits, veggies, grains, seeds, legumes and nuts everyday you should get everything you need. I would also be sure to eat soy (since it is so good for you anyway!) I like to throw seeds, nuts and dried fruit on a salad and that takes care of a lot of the groups. Legumes (beans) are pretty easy to get into your diet and are really really good for you as well. Personally if I were doing this, I would probably try to transition and change my diet slowly, just because doing anything "cold turkey" (ooh, bad pun!) can be hard. Good luck!
