Also, what do you think about activists who protest animal rights and those who go the extra mile and participate in direct action, like the Animal Liberation Front?

animals are living and breathing creatures who feel everything just like humans and deserve to be treated just the same

Against it. I’m all for animal welfare, not for animal rights.
I like eating meat, keeping pets, and my grandmother having access to a service dog among other things thank you very much.

ALF is a group of terrorists that has done more damage than good. They have released animals that had no chance of survival outside where they were at.
I believe in strong animal welfare and legislative efforts to ban certain animals from becoming victims of the pet trade.
When you speak of rights that brings to mind voting. Obviously animals don’t vote.
I fear we are at the 11:59 hour on a 12:00 o:clock watch as far as our wildlife and our planet goes.
I do not know what the answer is as far as the rapers of the wild goes or those who with collection bags in hand wipe out populations for the sake of people in the pet industry who have no knowledge and no business with them.
I do believe that animals can and should be kept as pets, service animals and educational ambassadors representing the whole of their species. This is a way to keep younger generations knowledgable and gives a species the edge in its survival That is why i have a gila monster.
It is a very passionate thing and rightly so.
