What do you consider more important: animal rights, human rights or the environment?

Someone asked me this and I found this interesting. I would like to know your answers.

My answer: the environment.
Without the environment animals and humans would not exist. I feel that finding the environment more important, human and animal rights are included too.

human rights- countries that value human rights are generally more evolved societies. evolved societies take better care of their environments. we do a lot of damage, tho, when we move from primitive societies to advanced societies because the type of energy available is crude and dirty.

america in the industrial revolution was a filthy, polluted place. there certainly is still pollution, but now there are regulations in place… it is a MUCH cleaner, healthier country than it was 100 years ago (and has more trees, too)

point being, america, japan, england- the ‘first world’ societies generally have better human rights AND better environments, because they have the wealth to clean up their energy sources- but if people are starving and scraping in the dirt for ANY means to live, they have bigger concerns than ‘the environment’

human rights. humans are very smart. humans are better than animals. plus if we ruin certain parts of the environment, we will find other ways to live.

What sense does it make to put an animal before a human? Please, give examples. Because last time I checked, putting an animal abuser behind bars made sense.

  7. Well, I don’t know if that is going to work for me, however definitely proved helpful for you! :) Excellent post!
